The iconic VW Beetle that was "round for a reason" was changing shape. Our assignment was to come up with ways to introduce it.

This event gives people a glimpse of the shape of the new Beetle...in an unconventional way. Ice sculptors use chainsaws and chisels to create the image of the new Beetle out of ice in a public square; sand sculptors create it out of sand on public beaches; wood carvers create it out of a huge piece of wood in a public park.
INSTALLATION: BEETLE VIEWFINDER
Installed in tourist areas all over the world, these fixed viewfinders are pointed to a brand new Beetle parked in a scenic area, allowing people to have their very own sighting.
