This product innovation was dreamed up as part of Febreze’s “Noseblind” campaign, where people become immune to the smells in their homes and cars.
Our idea? You might be noseblind but your smartphone isn’t. So to help people overcome noseblindness, we would help homeowners know what others smell in their home by creating an app and an adaptor that connects to your smartphone and calculates the pungency of the air -- pointing out levels of some heavier scents, like pet odor, food, etc.
This technology does not currently exist, but we are still exploring ways to create it.
